Our leasing agreements can range from 2-20+ years. The longer the lease, the more value we bring to your property. A longer lease provides the opportunity for us to grow trees that not only brings more value to your property but to our business as well.

Because of this we offer free Velvet Mesquite Bosque growth for our long term leases. For groves such as pecan, which create a very high value neighborhood development areas, we not only require a long term lease, but also investment for the cost of saplings and extra watering systems such trees require.

Chickens are easily contained, moved, fed, watered and replaced, due to their natural instinct to stay near their coops and flocks, their great range of eating habits, and small size.

Most livestock have a breeding season, a growing season, and a harvesting season, all for one payday. Layer chicken flocks however produce a sellable product every day of the year, making for a much steadier business model

Americans on average eat nearly 300 eggs a year. Our pasture-raised, no-corn, no-soy eggs beat most store-bought eggs on both ethics and nutrition. Farm stores in the Phoenix area sell similar products for over 10 dollars a dozen, and they are looking for more producers.
